I. overview

Rotor semi-liquid seal water meter (anti-drip and leakage) wheel seal in special liquid, anti-fouling is better, reading is clear and intuitive. Special drip metering institutions are added to make the initial flow very small, effectively curb user "stealing water" and protect the interests of charging units.
